Barnabus is a Christian charity reaching out to the homeless and vulnerable in Manchester. Our drop-in centre is open for various daytime and evening sessions, with support workers on hand to help with issues such as accommodation and benefits, and we have a dedicated van which drives round the red light areas with food and drinks and basic necessities for the street girls. We also have outreach workers in men’s and women’s prisons, run numeracy and literacy classes, an allotment project, and involvement in a football team for our needy friends.
