At The Sick Children's Trust we have one simple aim - to keep a family together when their child is seriously ill in hospital far from the family home. We do this by providing high quality 'Home from Home' accommodation for families whose children are receiving vital medical care at hospitals around the country. We receive no government funding and rely entirely on voluntary donations to run our seven 'Homes from Home', which to date have acted as a haven for more than 30,000 families. The Great British Duck Race takes place on Sunday 6th September from midday. The race will see 175,000 rubber ducks take to the waters of Molesey Lock, near Hampton Court Palace in Surrey.
Adopt a duck on behalf of The Sick Children's Trust and you could win 1st prize of of £10,000 if your duck crosses the line first, plus there will be 30 great runners up prizes! On top of this each duck that is adopted will be entered into a monthly draw with the chance of winning cash prizes!
Ducks cost just £2 to adopt and any additional donations will come straight to our charity. You can adopt as many ducks as you like - and remember the more you adopt the greater your chance of winning a prize!
We will be in touch if you are one of the lucky winners!
